Lyhyesti

Lappu ei kerää tietojasi meille. Sovelluksella ei ole omaa palvelinta, käyttäjätiliä, analytiikkaa, mainoksia eikä seurantaa. Tietosi tallentuvat iPhoneesi ja omaan iCloudiisi, emmekä me näe niitä.

Mitä tietoja Lappu käsittelee

• Ostoslistat, tuotteet, kaupat, reseptit ja ostohistoria, myös kuiteista luetut ostokset ja hinnat.
• Perheenjäsenten nimet, hahmot, annoskoot ja ruokavaliomerkinnät, jotka kirjoitat itse.
• Kamera ja kuvat, kun skannaat viivakoodin, kuitin, reseptin tai paperisen listan tai valitset kuvan. Teksti luetaan kuvasta puhelimessa.
• Mikrofoni ja puheentunnistus, kun lisäät ostoksia puhumalla. Puhe muutetaan tekstiksi Applen puheentunnistuksella.
• Sijainti, jos sallit sen: lähimpien kauppojen järjestämiseen ja muistutukseen, kun olet suosikkikauppasi lähellä. Sijainti ei lähde puhelimesta.
• Ilmoitukset perheen muutoksista ja muistutukset.

Luvat ovat vapaaehtoisia, ja ne voi perua iPhonen Asetuksista.

Missä tiedot ovat

Tiedot tallentuvat puhelimeesi ja synkronoituvat Applen iCloudin (CloudKit) kautta omalla Apple-tililläsi. Kun kutsut perheenjäseniä, perheen lista, kaupat, reseptit ja ostohistoria jaetaan heille iCloud-jaolla. Tekoälytilin kirjautumistiedot ja API-avaimet tallennetaan vain puhelimen avainnippuun.

Palvelut, joille tietoja välitetään

Tietoja lähtee vain, kun käytät kyseistä toimintoa, ja vain sen toteuttamiseksi:

• Apple: iCloud-synkronointi ja -jako, ilmoitukset, puheentunnistus, Siri ja Apple Intelligence (puhelimessa tai Applen Private Cloud Computessa).
• OpenAI: vain jos yhdistät oman ChatGPT-tilisi tai OpenAI API -avaimen ja hyväksyt tietojen lähettämisen. Tekoälypyynnöissä lähtee kirjoittamasi tai sanelemasi teksti, listan tuotteet, ostohistorian yhteenveto, ruokailijoiden nimet, annoskoot ja ruokavaliot sekä tekoälylle antamasi kuvat. OpenAI käsittelee ne omalla tililläsi OpenAI:n ehtojen mukaisesti.
• K-Ruoka (Kesko Oyj): kauppojen, aukioloaikojen, tuotteiden, hintojen ja tarjousten haku sekä ostoskorin kokoaminen. Hakuihin lähtee tuotteiden nimiä ja valittu kauppa. Tilaus tehdään, kirjaudutaan ja maksetaan K-Ruoka.fi:ssä sovelluksen sisäisessä selaimessa K-Ruoan ehdoin.
• Open Food Facts: skannatun viivakoodin numero tuotteen nimen hakemiseksi.
• Reseptisivustot: kun lisäät reseptin linkistä, Lappu hakee sivun antamastasi osoitteesta.

Nämä palvelut käsittelevät tietoja omien tietosuojakäytäntöjensä mukaisesti ja suojaavat ne vähintään tämän selosteen edellyttämällä tavalla. Emme myy tai luovuta tietojasi muille.

Säilytys ja poistaminen

• Tiedot säilyvät, kunnes poistat ne. Voit poistaa tuotteita, reseptejä, ostohistoriaa ja perheenjäseniä sovelluksessa.
• Perhe → Poistu perheestä poistaa perheen tiedot puhelimestasi ja oman profiilisi perheestä.
• Kaikki Lapun iCloud-tiedot poistat iPhonen Asetuksista: [nimesi] → iCloud → Hallitse tallennustilaa → Lappu. Sovelluksen poistaminen poistaa puhelimeen tallennetut tiedot.
• Luvan tekoälylle perut kohdasta Perhe → Tekoäly: Katkaise yhteys (ChatGPT) tai Poista (API-avain). OpenAI:lle jo lähetettyjen tietojen säilytyksestä päättää OpenAI.

Oikeutesi

Koska emme säilytä tietojasi, voit katsoa, korjata ja poistaa ne itse sovelluksessa ja iCloudissa. Kysymykset: apps@morimotoco.com. Voit tehdä valituksen tietosuojavaltuutetulle (tietosuoja.fi).

Lappu – Privacy Policy

Lappu is a shopping list app for iPhone developed by Morimoto & Company Oy (Business ID 2869224-8, Supaa), Finland. Contact: apps@morimotoco.com.

In short

Lappu does not collect your data for us. The app has no server of its own, no user account, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Your data is stored on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, and we cannot see it.

What data Lappu handles

• Shopping lists, items, stores, recipes and purchase history, including purchases and prices read from receipts.
• Names, avatars, portion sizes and dietary notes of family members that you enter yourself.
• Camera and photos, when you scan a barcode, receipt, recipe or paper list or pick a photo. Text is read from images on the phone.
• Microphone and speech recognition, when you add items by speaking. Speech is turned into text by Apple’s speech recognition.
• Location, if you allow it: to sort nearby stores and to remind you when you are near a favourite store. Your location does not leave the phone.
• Notifications about family changes and reminders.

All permissions are optional and can be revoked in the iPhone Settings.

Where the data is stored

Data is stored on your phone and synced through Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit) under your own Apple Account. When you invite family members, the family’s list, stores, recipes and purchase history are shared with them through iCloud sharing. AI sign-in details and API keys are kept only in the phone’s keychain.

Services that receive data

Data is sent only when you use the feature in question, and only to provide it:

• Apple: iCloud sync and sharing, notifications, speech recognition, Siri and Apple Intelligence (on device or in Apple’s Private Cloud Compute).
• OpenAI: only if you connect your own ChatGPT account or OpenAI API key and agree to send data. AI requests contain the text you type or dictate, the items on the list, a summary of purchase history, the names, portion sizes and diets of the family’s eaters, and any images you give to the AI. OpenAI processes them under your own account and OpenAI’s terms.
• K-Ruoka (Kesko Oyj): looking up stores, opening hours, products, prices and offers, and filling a shopping basket. Searches contain product names and the selected store. Orders, sign-in and payment happen on K-Ruoka.fi in the in-app browser under K-Ruoka’s terms.
• Open Food Facts: the number of a scanned barcode, to look up the product name.
• Recipe websites: when you add a recipe from a link, Lappu fetches the page at the address you give.

These services process data under their own privacy policies and protect it at least to the standard described in this policy. We do not sell or disclose your data to anyone else.

Retention and deletion

• Data is kept until you delete it. You can delete items, recipes, purchase history and family members in the app.
• Perhe → Poistu perheestä (Family → Leave family) removes the family’s data from your phone and your own profile from the family.
• To delete all of Lappu’s iCloud data, go to the iPhone Settings: [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Lappu. Deleting the app deletes the data stored on the phone.
• To withdraw consent for AI, go to Perhe → Tekoäly (Family → AI) and tap Katkaise yhteys (ChatGPT) or Poista (API key). OpenAI decides how long data already sent to it is kept.

Your rights

Because we do not store your data, you can view, correct and delete it yourself in the app and in iCloud. Questions: apps@morimotoco.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
